- SHIPPING OPTIONS: All shipments will be made via USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex, depending on which you choose at checkout. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to process.
- SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. UPS does not pick up on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping in available in the United States only. A packaging fee of $1.95 is added to all orders.
- K.B.L.Z. Enterprises LLC is NOT responsible for any package lost or damaged during the shipping process.
- UPS Charges a $5.00 correction fee for incomplete or incorrect addresses. To avoid this fee being charged to you, please make sure your address is accurate and complete prior to submitting your order

- Returns & Replacements
- Unfortunately our toys are not returnable due to the fact that diseases can be transmitted from one bird to another. We're sure being an owner of birds you can understand our policy. We would be happy to answer any questions you might have.
- Due to using natural wood materials and human grade food color, colors of the toys may vary slightly. Also computer monitors and screens display colors differently and toys in person may look different than in the pictures. Bead colors may vary on toys as well as color patterns of the toys.
- Ordering
- HOW TO ORDER: Ordering is easy! As you browse our site, as you see a toy you are interested in, add it to your shopping cart. When you order at least $60 worth of toys, you will receive free ground shipping! When you are ready to check out, you will either register, which allows to sign in for future orders, or checkout as a guest. From there you will enter your billing and mailing address, choose your shipment method, choose your payment method, and then review your order and place it.
- ONCE YOU ORDER: We make every effort to fill and ship your order as quickly as possible and usually have it packaged and ready to ship within a day or two. However, since we hand make every toy, there may be a delay depending on the number of orders we receive for a toy. Processing of your order may take up to ten business days depending on the volume of orders we are receiving. All orders are filled in the order we receive them.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- PAYMENT: We offer payment through PayPal, by check, or by money order. No shipment will be made until payment has been received and in the case of a personal check, has cleared the bank.
- PRICING: Our prices are subject to change without notice. However, once you have placed your order, your prices will not go up on that order.
- PROMOTIONS: We will periodically run promotions such as a discount for volume pricing. Check the website often to see any current promotions.
